    Invitation to a breakfast held at the Navy Yard on Monday, August 7, 1905. Issued by the Commandant. Breakfast was to feature "the Peace Plenipotentiaries of Russia and Japan." Invitation is on ivory cardstock, with some yellowing and a few mold spots. It is matted and framed and this must have been done well after 1905 by Pierce Gallery in Portsmouth (info on sticker on back).
