    Annie Neal's house, now Rylander House (1979). Mrs. Mira Neal Rylander was the niece of Annie Neal. (Now owned by Elizabeth Toomey, daughter of Mira Rylander) It is located on Portsmouth Avenue on the left at the crest of the hill coming onto the island. Behind it to the left is the Tarbell house, formerly Bowles.
